The 2016 Montreal International Auto Show

The 48th edition of the Montreal International Auto Show (MIAS) at the Palais des congrès from January 15 to 24, 2016.

Car enthusiasts will be thrilled by the more than 500 models on display, exceptional unveilings and special features!

Some dreams really do come true!
Aston Martin, Rolls‐Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Tesla… You don’t have to be a James Bond fan to be seduced by the curves on these exotic cars. They’re yours to discover in the halls of the Auto Show.

Pagani: The video game star
Our cover model this year is none other than the Pagani  Huayra (pronounced why-ra), an exotic vehicle valued at $2.2 million. You’ll have the chance to admire Horacio Pagani’s unique Italian design powered by a German V12 from Mercedes-AMG. Impressed by mechanic capabilities? The Huayra sprints from 0-100 kilometres per hour in just 3 seconds.

Scion Performance Zone
Year after year, the Performance Zone, presented by Scion, is a resounding success among modified car fans. It spans  two rooms brimming with extraordinary vehicles and supercharged energy—which is exactly why the Zone is consistently one of the Auto Show’s most popular attractions.

Test drive your favourites
The Top Favourites Test Drives are back for a second edition! Fans and friends of the MIAS voted for their 13 preferred models, all of which will be available to try at the Auto Show. (Schedule: January 15 to 23 from 11a.m. to 8p.m., and January 24 from 11a.m. to 5p.m.)

Curious about electric vehicles?
We’re doubling our pleasure this year by offering the CAA-Québec electric vehicles test drives. More than 13 models will be available for you to test, free of charge. Find out what it’s like to drive a plug-in EV or a hybrid! (Schedule: January 15 to 23 from 11a.m. to 8p.m., and January 24 from 11a.m. to 5p.m.)

Kia Kids Zone
The MIAS and Kia hope that visiting the event will be fun for kids and grown-ups alike. That’s why we offer free childcare during the show’s opening hours. Early childhood educators will offer professional care—including games, face painting and crafts—to kids aged 3 to 10 years.

Give blood. Give life.
Held in conjunction with Héma-Québec, the blood drive will take place at Complexe Desjardins on January 18 and 19, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
