Martinique Gourmande

Culinary Festival

Treat yourself to the savory, spicy and sweet flavours from the Island of Flowers.

The 9th annual gourmet event, Martinique Gourmande, will once again bring Martinique’s exotic cuisine to bars and restaurants in the Greater Montreal area. Launched in 2008, the first edition of Martinique Gourmande started with only four participating establishments. Now more than 30 restaurants and bars are eager share their tasty Martinique-inspired creations!
The many flavours of Martinique will thus tantalize taste buds with the help of local chefs and mixologists who will add to their regular menu a dish or cocktail inspired by their vision of Martinique’s fine cuisine. A culinary fusion of diverse influences, authentic Martinique gastronomy blends French, African, Indian and Caribbean influences.

Martinique Gourmande is a celebration of the island’s rich gastronomie and art de vivre.
