Alexander Sevastian, accordion

An anthology of Russian music played by a master of the bayan, a chromatic button accordion renowned for the range and purity of its sound. A Canadian of Belarussian origin, Alexander Sevastian shares his deep fondness for the repertoire of his childhood. Sevastian won the prestigious Coupe Mondiale International Accordion Competition in 2007 in Washington, DC.
