Singer/songwriter Bobby Bazini, born in Mont-Laurier, Quebec,  grew up in a rural setting with a family love of country music.
Influenced by Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Otis Redding and Ray Charles, Bazini’s 2009 recording debut – the single “I Wonder” –  became a hit on both French and English-language Quebec radio stations. In 2010he released his full-length album debut Better in Time. Entirely written by the artist himself, Better in Time debuted at #4 on the Canadian albums chart and also charted in France and Switzerland. His second album, Where I Belong was release in 2014. The same year Bazini performed for a crowd of  60 000 at a free outdoor Montreal Jazz Festival concert. His latest, Summer is Gone was released to acclaim in the fall of 2016.
